Avi began his career practicing commercial litigation before expanding his practice to include tax, estate and business planning. Mr. Cutler is currently the chair of the firm's Tax, Estate and Business planning department.

Mr. Cutler’s practice involves representing business owners, family businesses, investors and traders of both traditional and cutting edge investments in:
(1) structuring their businesses and/or financial holdings so as to maximize their tax planning, business objectives and asset protection;
(2) ​ creating an estate plan to ensure the orderly and efficient transfer of Clients’ wealth upon their demise in a manner consistent with Clients’ desires, values and the minimization of tax effects upon their demise;
(3) navigating the legal process after the death of a loved one;
(4) IRS and state level tax audits, IRS and state level tax court proceeding, and other tax related administrative and court proceedings; and
(5) other business transactional documents such as mergers and acquisitions, contract analysis/negotiation and internal corporate documents
Mr. Cutler is the founder of Las Vegas Jewish Experience and a founder of Aishel Avraham of Las Vegas, a food bank serving needy families throughout the Las Vegas Valley. He is the proud father of six amazing children and enjoys spending time with them. Mr. Cutler and his children are avid baseball fans and are currently pursing their goal of seeing a baseball game in every MLB stadium.
